Valuable Qigong Certification
On completion of each course there is comprehensive testing to ensure suitable standards of knowledge and practice have been attained. This testing includes written, demonstrated, and oral components.
Obtaining qigong certification in each course allows you to teach classes and sessions based on these courses and to be listed as an instructor on the Long White Cloud Qigong website by maintaining your annual instructor registration.
Individual qigong certification Available:
Qigong Foundation Practices: This course teaches a set of qigong exercises for each of the twelve organ meridians in the body. Through these practices you gain an experiential understanding of how the meridians work and the interconnection between thoughts and emotion, posture, and organ function. The exercises can then be used to balance all of these and to strengthen the whole body
Between Heaven and Earth: This course teaches exercises for activating the extraordinary meridians and prepares the way for a stronger connection to the energy of heaven and earth. This then strengthens and fills the energy field, making us more resilient to handle both physical and psychological upset more easily.
Enter The Flow: This course teaches exercises to help you to feel the flow of qi energy in all of your movements. When we can feel the qi flowing freely we know that we are moving efficiently and taking care of our bodies. We cause less wear and tear, are less likely to injure ourselves, and overtime by creating healthy habits can allow our bodies to heal from old injuries or habits of misuse of our bodies. Whats more, when we learn to feel the qi flow in our movements, every activity can become a type of moving meditation, and even the most mundane tasks can become highly pleasurable and enjoyable.
Qigong Meditation: This course provides an introduction to qigong meditation and give you a qigong certification Starting with simple practices to calm your mind and become aware of your body, and continuing through a series of meditations to take you to a place of sublime peace and stillness.
Qigong Walking: This course teaches a series of walking qigong practices that help to bring awareness of energy into your daily life and develop healthy habits of maintaining the flow of energy through your body during your daily activities, and to maintain your energy field at all times. Qigong Walking is an easy way to integrate regular qigong practice into your everyday life.
Release The Power Of Your Breath: This course teaches a fundamental understanding of breathing and how this affects our mind and body. It includes practices for developing a complete natural breath, relaxation, mental alertness, energy and physical performance. This course will also help you to understand the role that different types of breathing play in your qigong practice.
